Ivory Lee, Jr., 89, died May 29, 2024, at his home in Galveston, TX. He was born on September 22, 1934, in Louisiana, the son of Ivory Lee Sr. and Georgie Miller Lee. Ivory lived a full and loving life with his wife, Harriet Wilson-Lee, until her passing in 2000. He was also preceded in death by his parents and his stepson, Calvin Wilson, who passed away in 2022. He is survived by his stepdaughter Cynthia Wilson of Galveston, sister Pamela Jones, grandchildren Calvin Thomas of Galveston, James (Monisha) Wilson of LaMarque, Kinnard (LaTosha) Wilson of Fresno, Brandi Ledet and Lance Wilson of Houston, as well as a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends. A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral service which will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 11:00 am at Wynn Funeral Home — 602 32nd Street, Galveston, TX 77550. The interment will be at the Lakeview Cemetery. Those who wish to remember Ivory in a special way may send flowers to Wynn Funeral Home.
