Felecia Mona Bailey

"A beautiful soul whose love, laughter, and unwavering kindness touched countless lives."

Felecia Mona Bailey entered this world on September 19, 1975, in Galveston, Texas, the daughter of Sandra Harden and the late Raymond Bailey Jr. On June 2, 2026, she departed this life in Houston, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and deep devotion to family and friends. 

A proud graduate of Ball High School's Class of 1994, Felecia was known for her warm spirit, infectious smile, and genuine ability to make everyone feel welcomed and loved. Whether among family, classmates, coworkers, or lifelong friends, she carried herself with grace, loyalty, and authenticity. Those who knew her often spoke of her willingness to answer every call, calm every storm, and offer comfort without hesitation. 

Family was at the center of Felecia's life. She cherished her role as daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, partner, and friend. She shared a devoted partnership with Royal Richardson Jr., and she treasured every opportunity to gather with loved ones, celebrate milestones, and strengthen family bonds. Her kindness extended far beyond blood relations, embracing everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. 

One friend described her as "the true definition of a beautiful person inside and out." A classmate remembered her as "genuine, the same every time, anywhere, anytime, around anybody." Her sister, Crystal, lovingly called her "the best sister in the whole world," recalling a lifetime of love, support, and unwavering devotion. 

Felecia leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Sandra Harden; her beloved life partner, Royal Richardson Jr.; her siblings, Linc Harden (Virgina), Crystal Franklin, Tonya Bailey, Leah Vaughn, and Charles James; her niece and nephew, Linc Harden Jr. and Rita Harden; her great-niece Alaya Harden, and great-nephews Linc Harden III and Teal Harden; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates, coworkers, and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by her presence. 

Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she created will endure forever. Her family finds comfort in knowing that her light continues to shine through the many lives she touched. 

"When I called, she answered." 

A simple reflection shared by a lifelong friend that perfectly captures who Felecia was: dependable, loving, and always there when someone needed her. 

Her memory will forever be cherished, her laughter remembered, and her love carried forward by all who knew her.
