Donna was a mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  Donna worked for the Stafford School District as a bus driver for many years. She was a manager at Home Depot for 10 years and then 3 years as a driver for Union Pacific.  She is preceded in death by her parents Boatner Leroy  Hooter and Eunice Cecilia Hooter; son Edward Ray Plummer; siblings:  Buddy Hooter and Sally Campbell; nephew Travis Holloway.  She is survived by 2 children:  Kimberly Marie Plummer and Anthony Howard Plummer;  4 grandchildren:  Abbagail Marie Mitchell, Thomas Ray Mitchell, Shelbey Cecilia Mitchell and Chretien Avery Mitchell; 1 great grandchild Iris Cecilia Dionisie; siblings:  Marvin Hooter, Mary Cooper, Flo Morris, Howard Hooter, Gloria Williams, Shirley Harrington, and Anita Hunter.  Plus numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
