Calvin Wilson, 66, died November 15, 2022, at his home in Galveston, TX. He was born, April 27, 1956, in Galveston, TX the son of Harriet Wilson. In addition to his mother, Calvin is predeceased by his daughter Calvina Wilson (2006). Calvin is survived by his stepfather Ivory Lee and sister, Cynthia Wilson of Galveston, children Calvin Thomas of Galveston, Brandi Ledet and Lance Wilson of Houston, Holly Balch (Prescott) of Atlanta, GA, and grandchildren Essence Thomas, Camille Ledet, and Evan Wilson as well as a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Wynn Funeral Home - 602 32nd Street; Galveston, TX 77550. A viewing will be held at 9:00 am. Interment will be at the Lakeview Cemetery. Those who wish to remember Calvin in a special way may send flowers to Wynn Funeral Home. A repast for all family and friends will be at Club 68 - 3112 Market St, followed by visitation with the family at the home of Cynthia Wilson - 3001 Avenue M 1/2.
